Policy Making Diagnostics of IRAN's Fuel Cell Technology

As recently policy making of fuel cell's technology has planned in Iran, so the approach of this study is diagnostics of the policy making of fuel cell in Iran. In this study, according to the approach of National Innovation System (NIS) identified with OECD and with method of interview, auditing and finally diagnostics of Iran's fuel cell technology was done. Questionnaire of interview was designed according to the functions of NIS and interviews were done with experts who had experiences in this field. Gathered information analysis with software of Excel and finally diagnostics got in this way. The main diagnostics which identified are as in the field of management of organizations, financial support, planning, so on.
