Marine Corps Base at Camp Pendleton, near Oceanside California. Goals of this project are to support the early user fuel cell vehicle demonstrations and to learn more about the site-specific infrastructure requirements for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The project team received DoD environmental program sponsorship for the demonstration in 2004, and has completed the preliminary work to define, permit, procure, and install the station. This discussion will provide an overview of the progress to date and next steps for the station construction.
